I founded Wellspring Willow to support cycle breakers in their journey to return to their authentic flow. For years, I navigated the fast-paced world of a corporate executive—a high-performing perfectionist caught in survival mode. It was a path that left me overwhelmed, anxious, and deeply out of touch with my inner self.
My own journey of healing led me to unmask the truth of my ADHD and Aphantasia, teaching me that the things I once thought of as faults were actually my greatest strengths. Now, my mission is to provide you with the gentle, somatic guidance and aphantasia-friendly tools to find your own path back to calm, purpose, and your unique essence.
